Rate my Yugioh deck on a scale of 1-10 and then give me suggestions to make it better.?

time machine is not much good, you have nothing to use it on, too many redundant cards and time machine is magic too. try to get cards that would better complement you deck and get main type of monster, like zombie, fish, fire, etc
