Cute Haircuts for 2011-2012?

Hi, I am getting a haircut soon and I have NO idea what to get. I have blonde hair that goes a little past my shoulders and its thick but pretty straight with a bit of wave. I am looking for something cute and in style. It can be with bangs but it doesn't have to! Thanks!-Emma
