Makeup for me (eyeliner,eyeshadow) <3?

i have straight dark brown hair with deep parted side bangs. i have dark brown eyes with big lids that to me seem kinda creasy :p i have a long face ew i know but what would look good on me what colors of eyeliner should i use (what about pencil or liquid) and what eyeshadows color look good and extra tips or experiances would help much! i dont like anythingto drastic i like keeping it pretty but on the down low haha (: thanks for at least reading this
