What could this be , do you think its serious ? .?

the carnival was in town i went on this ride called a zipper and my body banged against the part holding us in . i didn't feel nothing till i got home later that night . it hurt so bad to move my stomach or even stretch my arms. it feels like my stomach by my ribs are bruised , the muscle between my armpits & boobs , & my inner arm by elbow . excuse my grammar i don't know what those body parts are called . its been going on for 3 days now what could it be ? . 1 of my friends said i could of hit a nerve & the other said it could be bruised inside .
