How to stand up to abusive parents?

OMG. DO NOT stand up to them- this may cause further rages. PLEASE go to the police. Even if it's in the middle of the night. I don;t know your exact situation, but I have heard of cases when the abusive parents go too far (if they can go any further) and kill the child. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go to the police or CPA.
