New hair for senior year...please help?

so im about to be a senior in high school and so far ive never really have had a big change in my hair i really want to do something that will get people to notice me more im black with a bipg forehead so i need bangs and my hair is to my shoulder blades i have a kinda big head so i dont want to cut much hair but i do want some color in my hair but im a little scared cause i have relaxed hair please help thanks
