How Can I Get Emo Sideswept Bangs?

I want them, my bangs are up to my eyebrows (if that matters) and I don't want a website, I want steps please. Please tell me what I'll need, I might not have it all though so if I reply that I don't have it will you try to help me do it without them? I'd rather not go to the salon, but if that's the only option, what should I ask for?
