Help! im breaking out like a beast on my forehead!?

i went from having totally clear skin to having a pimple on my nose a pimple on chin and about 15 pimples on my forehead in about two days span! i dont know what to do! i wash my face with exfoliant every other day and cleanser toner and moisturizer everyday and aggh. i have side bangs now but ive always had side bangs or bangs my whole life so i dont think this is the cause. what are some products that have helped you?
