Emo/scene hair with dirty blonde hair? and maybe dyed ends need help?

I wanna get emo/scene hair but i dont want to dye my hair or bleach it. Its dirty blonde naturally. But i was thinking maybe i could get like my ends died a colour like the ends of my bangs and at the back and all in black or a neon colour? Would this be good?
