Why is it that all the ROTC "cadets" are a bunch of punk @ss b**ches?

they were banging on my barracks windows at the middle of the night(they do this daily), they act like they own the place and when they are outside of formation they are the biggest prick a**holes in the world. WHY DO THEY EVEN USE MILITARY BARRACKS? i always thought they put them in summer camps or hotels, how long do ROTC "cadets" do bootcamp. i hate them all.
