This creepy person like me, help?

So I usually eat in the art room so I can eat while I'm doing my homework. This creepy person also hangs out in the art room, but at first, I didn't mind him. He doesn't say a word and he walks around in the art room for the whole lunch period. I really did not want to associate with this guy, but one day his friend comes up to me telling me that he likes me. To be polite, I told him I couldn't date, because his friend was badgering me for an answer of whether I want to date him or not. But the truth is, I have never spoken to him, never knew his name until his friend came along, and he's just a creepy person. But all the time he tries to get next to me and tries to talk to me. I have tried to give out clues that I really dislike him, but he's getting more annoying as school year is coming to a close. How can I get him to leave me alone?
