Is it safe to use an Airbrush indoors?

I'm planning on buying a Badger Crescendo 175-5 Dual-Action Airbrush from my local hobby store and I was wondering...is it safe to use this guy indoors? I mean, I've had previous experience in handling aerosol-based sprays like Mr.Hobby and whatnot for my Gundam modelling but does an Airbrush have the same hazards? Do I still have to be outdoors/in a well ventilated or open area to do my work? Thanks! :)
